Life is a beautiful! Life can be great, amazing, interesting,...
Life, for some people, can also be a struggle, difficult, painful, exhausting,.. Often we don't even exactly know why we are struggling but we feel tired, running from one thing to another, ...not at all feeling like we are truly enjoying our life. Or doing the things we thought we would be doing with our life.
Have you ever encountered one these thoughts/feelings?
We all have moments where things aren't going how we would like them to go. That is a part of life of course. What I am talking about are the things that seem very hard or impossible to overcome and have a big effect on your quality of life. It always amazes me how much we human beings can handle. But what I would like to get very clear on is that we don't have to!
A lot of people feel stuck in life and think that's just how it is or how it's supposed to be. Often referring to others they know of who also encounter difficulties or are suffering.
But why would you want to live like that when you can change it and enjoy life to the fullest!
It's all about willing to do something about it. Once you decide you want to change, the biggest hurdle is already taken ;-) Because from that moment on it's just taking little steps to get you to the point where you want to be. Of course it's necessary to know what it is you want to change in your life.
I can help you figure that out during a free coaching call
and if you want guide you further through it with the specific steps to take and exercises to help you become the person you've always wanted to be.
Some tips on how to get unstuck
1. Let go of the past and change your perspective I hear you think..."easier said than done". But is it really? If you just focus on the now or present and stop going back to what you can never change anymore your whole vibe will change. Trust me on this! It will take some time and practice but if you just say lovingly to yourself every time you notice yourself clinging on to something from the past: "What is done is done. I can not change anything about it." You'll change the way you think, act and handle life.
2. Take responsibility
You can't keep pointing fingers at others if you want to make changes in your life. Taking responsibility means looking really honest at yourself and admit that maybe you can start doing things differently. A good and easy way to figure out where you can take responsibility for in your own life is writing down some examples where you think things aren't working out for you now.
3. Start with small changes
Don't put yourself up to fail from the start. We all have tendencies to demand a lot of ourselves. In this case it will benefit you to take it slowly...one step at a time. If you've found something you can change just go with that for a while until you feel like it's become a natural way of living for you. Then you can take on something else.
4. Believe in yourself
Apparently quite difficult for people but once you decide you want the best in life and truly start believing in yourself it will feel like you can conquer the world. It's all about positive manifestation. If you tell yourself you can't do it...you probably won't even try it! So why not be positive and tell yourself that you CAN do it! Just try it out and see where it takes you. What do you have to loose? ;-)
5. Consider talking to a professional
Making lasting changes in your life isn't easy. You've had help from teachers when you were studying, no? Or when there is a new computer program or technique you need at your job. You'll probably follow a course or they'll send someone to explain it all to you in order for you to get the best out of it and use it's full potential.
Well, why not let someone help you get the most out of yourself and reach your full potential? That's what coaches are here for and that's why I am offering you my help. I've been in this situation...completely stuck in life and didn't know what to do anymore until I found the strength to make the necessary changes. And if I can do it so can you! ;-)
